We have four core areas of training, but understand that each of our employees requires individual training and programs to achieve the best outcomes for the safety of our customers. This can include a variety of subject areas and disciplines. Due to the sensitivity of our business, we do not openly disclose the details of our specialist training.
We offer SITO (Industry Security Training Officer) approved courses, the entry level is “Basic Job Training – Static and Patrol Security Officers”. The course provides those new to the industry with all the fundamental skills needed to work in safety and is particularly aimed at people transitioning from other safety roles and those whose work involves some safety aspect.
Our security company has implemented a quality policy and made it a priority as we cannot grow without developing strong partnerships with our customers.
This policy is reflected in a business plan aimed at further developing the existing organization. This allows us to identify problems and fix them immediately.
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our approach as a security company. For this reason we have developed a complementary service that includes satisfaction surveys carried out in collaboration with our customers. This means that we can stay in constant contact with our customers to regularly evaluate their satisfaction and identify any additional needs.
The quality policy formalizes several agreements that are made in consultation with our customers.
